Hands-on analysis, scoped and priced per project. You bring the dataset; I bring the method and the interpretation.
Who this is for
You have a specific dataset and a specific question. It might be a one-time experiment, a dataset that's been sitting because no one internal has the bandwidth or the method, or an analysis that keeps getting deprioritized in favor of more urgent work.
This is also the right starting point if you're not sure which of the other engagements fits — a single project gives both of us a concrete basis for deciding whether ongoing work makes sense.
What I work on
- Bulk and single-cell RNA-seq: differential expression, deconvolution, signature development, cell type annotation
- High-throughput screening (HTS) and other compound screening data: hit identification, dose-response, structure-activity relationships
- Genomics: gene mapping, mutation assessment, phenotype prediction
- Biomarker analysis: response stratification, responder identification, association analysis
- Custom method development where off-the-shelf tools don't fit your data or question
- Figures and written interpretation ready for internal review, a data room, or publication

How it works
We define scope and timeline before work begins. I'll share a summary of what I'm planning and what I expect to deliver — to make sure that we are fully aligned.
Most projects run two to six weeks depending on data complexity and turnaround requirements. A working session to go through the results is included in the scope.

- Analysis code (R or Python), documented and reproducible
- Publication-quality figures, sized for a slide or a manuscript as needed
- Written interpretation: what the results mean and what you should do next
- A working session to go through results with your team
Price
Scoped and priced per project.
I can work either by hour for shorter projects or on a whole-project quote for longer ones. Either way, I'll give you an estimate of the hours required and a quote after a short conversation about what you need.
