Analysis Review
A fresh, independent look at an analysis before it goes into a board deck, a partnering data room, an IND, or a manuscript.
Who this is for
You have a readout in hand — a biomarker result, a clinical response analysis, an omics dataset — and a decision that depends on it. Nobody outside your team has looked at it carefully. Before that result goes into a board deck, a partnering data room, an IND, or a manuscript, you want an outside expert to check the reasoning and the science.
This engagement is most useful when the result is genuinely consequential: a go/no-go decision, a registration-enabling analysis, or a study that will be scrutinized by a partner, an investor, or a regulator.
What's included
- Independent re-analysis of the primary result, starting from the data, not the code
- Assessment of study design, statistical power, and potential confounders
- Review of secondary and sensitivity analyses for consistency with the primary result
- Evaluation of whether the analytical approach was appropriate for the question being asked
- Written findings: what is believable and what isn't, what's uncertain, and what additional analysis would reduce that uncertainty
- A working session with your team to go through the findings in detail
- Slide-ready summary figures if needed for a presentation or data room
Example timelime
Fixed scope, two to three weeks from access to data to delivery of written findings.
Scope is defined up front. If the data complexity turns out to be substantially different than expected, we will discuss before proceeding.
What you get
- A written summary report
- Specific recommendations for correcting the weaknesses identified
- A working session with your team
- Slide-ready summary figures (on request)
- Code and reproducible analysis files (if applicable)
Price
Engagements typically start at $10,000.
Scope is defined and fixed at the start. Complexity and data volume may move the price within a range of $10-$15K, to be determined before work begins.
